Remuneration : To be determined based on experience – between $100 and $200 per hour

We are currently looking for a passionate Strategic Planning Instructor to support our clients in using our innovative tool, STRAT+

Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtual, on strategic planning and tools associated with STRAT+
Deliver corporate training programs using matrices and concepts related to business strategy
Provide post-training follow-up with students
Contribute to the development, updating, and continuous improvement of training programs
Participate in the creation of new training programs and Marketpedia products
Perform administrative tasks related to the training sessions

Requirements

Bilingual (French and English)
University degree in management, business strategy, or a related field, or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning or a similar field
Experience in corporate settings or consulting is a significant asset
Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as group facilitation and management abilities
Autonomy, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team
Knowledge of Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, and Slack (a plus)
Strong interest in strategy, management, and human resources topics
